2-coat system comprising of primer and solid or pearlescent color according to architect’s choice. Coating shall be applied on a pre-treated aluminum substrate and oven baked to a dry film thickness of 30 microns minimum. Alternately in a 3-coat system comprising of primer, color coat and clear lacquer, to a dry film thickness of 40 microns minimum.
