How do you work together with the client during the extrusion process?

Our collaboration with clients of custom aluminum extrusions is a seamless one that continues throughout the project. We ensure we gather all the information to make the final product as personalized as possible. Therefore, there are some design files that we will need from the customer before the work can commence. DWG and STEP files are important elements of these requirements. If the customer has graphics software, these drawings are easy to make. If the customer is looking for only custom aluminum extrusions without machining, DWG drawings are enough. If one needs extrusion plus CNC machining, one might need to send DWG and STEP drawings. All in all, we recognize that clear communication with the client early in the process is the best approach. We undertake top-notch quality control at every stage of extrusion production and handle the delivery to the client professionally.
