After confirming your order, we immediately hold a meeting with the teams. We perform a keen check of the raw material. The QA process ends with the proper handling of the extrusions as they are delivered to the customer. In between, there are tests and checks for things like the mechanical properties, hardness, and dimensions. Inspections are also done on the semi-finished and finished flooring extrusions for cross-section dimensional tolerance and other elements.  These steps are worthwhile – they ensure that the flooring extrusions match or even exceed the customer’s requirements and industry standards.
