aluminum formwork for building construction - fonnov aluminium

Aluminum formwork construction is convenient and suitable for construction projects with a high number of floors and similar units, such as projects with more than 30 floors, and multiple buildings of the same unit type. However, in some structurally disordered parts, the use of aluminum formwork systems is not recommended. Aluminum formwork has great advantages in construction nowadays.

Convenient For Construction

The aluminum formwork is light in weight and normally completed manually without relying on lifting machinery. Or you can use the hoisting machinery after assembling the aluminum alloy template into a large template. This can effectively improve construction efficiency and speed up the construction progress.

Many turnovers

The biggest feature of a high-rise building is that there are many floors, so it is necessary to rotate the formwork for many times. The aluminum formwork can be used more than 300 times and it can be recycled. The formwork installation is fast and efficient.

Fire Prevention

The aluminum formwork is made of non-combustible material. Therefore, no combustible materials are piled up at the construction site, which has a positive significance for the fire safety of high-rise building projects.
